Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

The purchase price of each product is the price shown on the website at the time you place your order.  The price of a product you order may not correspond to the price of the product in our stores or may change following the placement of your order. We do not provide refunds due to price changes.

We do not price match with competitors.

Orders

Any order placed by you via this website is an offer by you to purchase the product or products ordered at the price specified on this website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including but not limited to the unavailability of any products, an error in pricing of any product, an error in the description of any product or any other reason at our discretion.

If we accept an offer placed by you via this website, acceptance results in a binding agreement between you and us for the purchase and supply of those products. The processing of a payment does not constitute acceptance or verification of an order. An order is not accepted until you have received a confirmation of order email.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order or parts of your order prior to the order being dispatched by calling 1300 334 124.

You cannot cancel your order once the products have been despatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• you provide an unauthorised credit card;
• payment cannot be processed;
• the ordered products are not available;
• there is an error in the price or product description posted on the website.

If we cancel an order, we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of the cancellation.

Payment

We currently accept payments online by Credit Card via Paypal, and with pay-in-instalments provider AfterPay.

When it is time to pay for your order, you will be directed to either the Paypal or AfterPay websites.

We take every precaution to ensure that your details are transmitted securely and comply with industry regulation.

We do not see, receive or store any of your credit card information if you pay via PayPal or AfterPay.

Your privacy is important to us and we keep all the information you provide us private in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
