We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Sometimes our orders can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered if there is a particular item that needs to be sent to us from our overseas partners. Postage within Australia is FREE.

Orders are usually delivered by Australia Post with a tracking number provided.

We ship to a number of countries via Australia Post with a tracking number provided. However in some cases, we have been unable to track parcels once they land in some countries.
